We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our culinary team as a Head of Culinary Excellence at Four Seasons in Cartagena, Colombia.
As the Head of Culinary Excellence, you will play a vital role in shaping the dining experience for our guests and shaping the future of our culinary team.
You will lead the planning, organization, and control of the Kitchen Department, ensuring superior quality and consistency in the preparation of all food items.
Maintain control systems to ensure quality and portion consistency, monitor food shipments, and foster an awareness of the importance of food preparation and quality.
Communicate effectively with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met, and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

What you will bring:
• A college degree in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of previous experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage management positions.
• A working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
