Expert Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with expertise in Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, and networking. They will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical incidents, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for troubleshooting, and the ability to prioritize and switch between multiple tasks. They will also be fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of business applications, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
As a member of our Americas Customer Support team, the Expert Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers and partners. They will work closely with our Engineering and Business teams to resolve complex technical issues, develop documentation, and maintain deep knowledge of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents for Acronis' corporate customers and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Acronis' products and services
- Stay up-to-date on the latest changes, trends, and technological advancements in the industry
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an advanced Tier 2 technical support role
- Fluent English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Strong background in Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, and networking
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
- Passion for troubleshooting and ability to come up with efficient solutions for unusual issues
