At BruntWork, we're seeking a Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to provide top-notch support and guidance.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails from home health agencies using our software. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping these agencies succeed.
We're looking for someone who is highly proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent phone and written communication abilities. You must be able to empathize with clients and provide tailored advice and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support to home health agencies using our software
- Continually expand your knowledge of our platform's billing, payroll, scheduling, and other modules
- Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Learn the context of home care operations to better assist clients
Requirements
- Experience with SaaS, solutions, or cloud-based tools aside from customer support
- Highly proficient in English and Spanish
- Excellent phone and written communication abilities
- Deep sense of empathy, care, and patience
- Passion for helping home health businesses operate efficiently
- Proven ability to quickly learn complex software systems
