HR Operations Leader

The HR Supervisor serves as a vital strategic partner for designated client groups, driving business objectives through the implementation of effective HR strategies. This role ensures the adherence to HR standards, policies, and procedures while providing guidance to both leadership and employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead a team in managing clerical, support, analytical, and research activities.
- Assess the current needs of your team regarding talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning.
- Provide expert advice to leaders on matters related to personnel, organizational structure, compensation, and performance management.
- Evaluate future workforce requirements including skills and resources.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet future staffing needs, leveraging relationships across various departments.
- Assess the effectiveness of leadership communication.
- Identify and address gaps in workplace climate or management style to foster a positive work environment.
- Deliver comprehensive employee relations, staffing, and organizational development services.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates, ensuring a focus on high-performing individuals.
- Support the administration of company-wide HR policies and practices in compliance with legal requirements.
- Facilitate ongoing training and information sessions to enhance employee development and resolve issues.
- Conduct thorough investigations into any claims of workplace misconduct or policy violations.
- Proficient in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Proven facilitator and change leader.
- Strong advocate for employees, organizational goals, and stakeholder interests.
- Experience in leading discussions, decision-making processes, and achieving alignment.
- Demonstrated leadership in change management initiatives.
- Proficient in project management with the ability to manage complex projects to completion.
- Skilled in multitasking, organization, and prioritization of tasks.
- Certification in coaching is a plus.
