- Event Planning: Coordinate quarterly company meetings, team events, and happy hour style events.
- Employee Experience: Manage vendors, provide administrative support for new hires, general office management, and maintenance.
- New Hiring Processes: Coordinate with the CEO and HR Hiring contractors to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Special Projects: Work directly with the CEO on special projects, such as office relocation, offsite training, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- 3+ years of experience in a management, administrative, or support role within a small to medium-sized office.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and urgent requests.
- Previous start-up experience is a plus.
- A full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.
