- Support the administration of company-wide HR policies and procedures in compliance with corporate objectives and legal requirements.
- Facilitate ongoing training and information sessions to enhance employee development and resolve issues.
- Conduct investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct or violations of company policies.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience as a facilitator and change leader.
- Strong advocate for employees, customers, and business interests.
- Active participation in discussions, decision-making, and alignment processes.
- Demonstrated leadership in change management, including design, preparation, employee engagement, execution, and evaluation.
- Proficient in project management, capable of overseeing moderately complex projects to completion.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively.
- Certification in coaching is a plus.
