ABOUT THE ROLE

The HR Supervisor serves as a strategic partner for designated client groups, driving business objectives through the implementation of effective HR strategies. This role ensures adherence to HR standards, policies, and processes while providing guidance to both leadership and employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead a team responsible for clerical, support, analytical, and research activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Assess the current needs of your team regarding talent acquisition, career development, critical roles, and skill gaps.
  • Provide counsel to leaders on matters related to personnel, organizational structure, compensation, and performance management.
  • Play a key role in forecasting future personnel needs, resources, and skills.
  • Identify and implement strategies to meet future workforce requirements, leveraging relationships beyond immediate client groups.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership communication.
  • Diagnose and address gaps in workplace climate or management style to foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Deliver employee relations, staffing, and organizational development services at the assigned location.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, selection, and placement of qualified candidates, while focusing on succession planning for high-performing employees.
  • Support the administration of company-wide HR policies and procedures in compliance with corporate objectives and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and information sessions to enhance employee development and resolve issues.
  • Conduct investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct or violations of company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience as a facilitator and change leader.
  • Strong advocate for employees, customers, and business interests.
  • Active participation in discussions, decision-making, and alignment processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in change management, including design, preparation, employee engagement, execution, and evaluation.
  • Proficient in project management, capable of overseeing moderately complex projects to completion.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively.
  • Certification in coaching is a plus.
