As a representative of our brand, your responsibilities will include:
As a key player in the airport environment, you will foster connections and create a welcoming atmosphere for all travelers. You will engage with our international clientele at various touchpoints, assisting with ticketing, baggage handling, and providing a warm greeting as they embark on their journeys. Your role will involve delivering friendly, professional, and insightful service to resolve travel-related issues and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively support both internal and external customers as a Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Collaborate with team members to address and resolve customer inquiries
- Provide day-to-day leadership, empowering team members, and offering constructive feedback to management
- Serve as the team coordinator, promoting goal achievement and accountability at the front line
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to ensure exceptional customer service
This position is offered under local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and employment visa sponsorship will not be provided.
QualificationsRequired Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated reliability and dependability
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Adaptability to various work standards and responsibilities
- Experience in customer service or public interaction
- Ability to live and work in Colombia without visa sponsorship
- Successful completion of an interview is required
- Punctual attendance is crucial for this role
- Availability to work any shift, including holidays and weekends, in a 24-hour operation
- Capability to obtain a Visa
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in airport operations
- International GSC qualification
- Familiarity with the region
- Valid passport and Visa
