Job Description

As a Senior Manager Total Rewards, you will be responsible for managing centralized Total Reward processes within the Americas geography. This includes designing, implementing, and managing Total Rewards processes specific to the region.

About You

You will lead a team of experts who support National/Global Total Rewards Partners in country expertise to effectively provide Total Rewards products and manage Total Rewards data and systems.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement Total Rewards strategies that align with global standards and plans;
  2. Collaborate with national and global stakeholders to develop process excellence;
  3. Develop and maintain short-term incentivization plan documents and administer bonus calculations processes;
  4. Support international relocation processes and benefits in dedicated countries;
  5. Analyze deviations from the global blueprint and recommend necessary local adaptations;
  6. Stay up-to-date on local market trends and adjust practices accordingly;
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in analytical roles in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or related areas within a complex global organization;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a Compensation & Benefits role required;
  • Solid financial background, including knowledge of legal, tax, and employment legislation;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel;
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team;
  • Hands-on mentality with a high level of flexibility;
  • Excellent prioritization skills, able to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines;
  • Fluent English (required);
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Kuehne+Nagel offers a comprehensive compensation package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
