Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Lead for our Latin America Success Strategy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer success across the region. You will lead a team of Customer Success Partners to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions and maintain long-term relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Partners to drive customer success and retention.
  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive customer adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional and clear communication style with ability to collaborate at C-Level.
  • High attention to detail and ability to successfully track, monitor and drive projects and initiatives across large teams.
  • An ability to conduct research on unfamiliar topics by seeking relevant enablement and collaborating across teams.
  • Strong presentation and analysis reporting skills.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
