We are seeking a highly skilled Latin America Regional Product Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing product communications strategies to enhance corporate/product visibility and community engagement in Latin America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public affairs and patient advocacy, with experience working in the healthcare industry. They will also possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a talented Product Communications Manager to lead the development and implementation of product communications strategies in Latin America. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in public affairs and patient advocacy, with experience working in the healthcare industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement product communications strategies to enhance corporate/product visibility and community engagement in Latin America.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch PR programs, boost product awareness, and further differentiate the company as an industry leader.
- Connect and drive differential and compliant projects with Patient Advocacy Groups in prioritized geographies.
- Guide colleagues to deliver promotional events, community engagement efforts, and other external relations activities in service of the product communication strategy.
- Create analytics reporting on program key performance indicators and competitive benchmarking, identifying opportunities for growth and improved efficiency.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree and above; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong public affairs and patient advocacy experience required.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Flawless Spanish and English written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills in a complex organization with proven success navigating among multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in omnichannel campaigns (integrating digital and PR skills).
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously across geographies and time zones.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Data Analytics skills – goal-oriented proven record.
**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
