Overview of Center for Reproductive Rights

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to provide high-level support to our Vice President, Latin America. This role will ensure the smooth execution of daily operations in Latin America and the Caribbean, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.

Scheduling Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Vice President's calendar to reflect strategic priorities and help effectively manage her time toward achieving operational goals.
Meeting Preparation and Follow-up:
  • Ensure the Vice President is prepared for all internal and external meetings by overseeing and organizing all briefing memos, remarks, talking points, and additional collateral.
Time Management and Communications:
  • Manage Vice President incoming email—prioritizing for attention and drafting responses as appropriate.
Executive Representation:
  • Anticipate the needs of the program and have initiative in strategizing solutions.

Requirements: Commitment to the Center's mission, purpose, and values. Experience in support of executive/senior managers. Fluency in Spanish and English; any additional language is an asset. Must be highly organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience. The Center offers health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
