Overview
Novakid School, a leading provider of remote English language education for children, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Leader to drive sales growth in 1-3 Latin American countries.
About the Role:
- Lead Novakid's sales efforts in Latin America, achieving agreed-upon targets and scaling results.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the region.
Your Background:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C sales leadership roles, preferably in remote teams.
- Hands-on B2C sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent understanding of online promotion channels and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Spanish at C1 level (spoken and written) and English at B2 level or higher.
- Residency in Latin America and experience in developing online B2C businesses from scratch are significant advantages.
