We are seeking an experienced VIP Key Account Manager to lead our team in Latin America. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and driving revenue growth.
About the Role
As a VIP Key Account Manager, you will be the point of contact for our top-tier clients in Latin America. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement tailored strategies to meet their needs, while also identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an exclusive portfolio of VIP clients, monitoring their activity and value.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to acquire new VIP clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of VIP customers across all Latin American regions.
- Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize VIP customer experience.
- Work closely with the Head of VIP & Events, VIP Regional Manager, and LATAM Commercial Director to create and implement VIP strategy.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A strong understanding of the online gaming industry and its trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Native-level proficiency in Spanish and English.Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a gambling or digital environment.Possession of knowledge in VIP management, CRM, and campaigns.Commercial acumen and appreciation for what drives revenue.What We Offer

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
