Lead T&E Product Strategist for Latin America

At Buscojobs Colombia, we're looking for a highly skilled T&E Product Head to lead our Travel & Entertainment product strategy in Latin America.

This is a high-profile role that requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, preferably in credit card products. If you have a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, we want to hear from you

As the ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that drives business growth, profitability, and client satisfaction in the region. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, service, and controls, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with corporate targets.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  1. Develop and implement a cluster product strategy aligned with global objectives, including product development, commercialization, servicing, and pricing.
  2. Oversee the performance of the product and drive business initiatives to reach defined goals in coordination with local product managers.
  3. Lead cluster initiatives for internal (e.g., NAC) and regulatory approvals, as well as drive closure of any approval conditions.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, pricing needs, and new opportunities for the T&E product.
  5. Develop and execute training programs for local product managers and Sales across the cluster to promote strategic product commercialization and growth.
  6. Collaborate with operations, technology, service, and controls teams to ensure the product operates within client expectations and corporate targets.
  7. Work with Service teams to address and resolve customer issues and feedback (items escalated to the cluster).
  8. Lead and oversee the remediation of issues associated with the operation of T&E in Latam in coordination with internal parties.
  9. Identify partnerships to support the business and negotiate contracts.
  10. Lead the review and approval of the annual PAP reviews for T&E in coordination with the local product teams.
