Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and track shipping and handling requests with customers and suppliers to support customer-specific projects.
- Proactively identify shipments at risk of service failure and take control to ensure on-time delivery.
- Correctly troubleshoot and resolve shipment discrepancies as needed.
- Respond timely to customer inquiries for information, including updates on orders, Proof of Delivery, and inventory cycle counts.
- Investigate product overage, shortage, and damage; complete necessary documentation and manage customer response.
- Notify the Operations Lead of all requested changes from customers or suppliers regarding shipping, handling, or administrative items.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all service providers.
- Report customer feedback to the Logistics Project Lead, including signs of customer dissatisfaction.
- Enter data into the transportation management system, maintain and generate required reports, and process, audit, and file various documentation.
- 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Distribution, with a strong understanding of customer service processes.
- Advanced English skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with TMS systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
