As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a team that provides 24/7 outsourced support, lead generation, customer care, and community management for emerging tech companies. Position Overview
  • Salary: COP 3,400,000
  • Work Schedule: 8AM-5PM Eastern Time
  • Work Arrangement: Remote
  • Contract Type: Full Time
  • Equipment: Provided by the Company
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver precise information regarding products and services to clients
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with issue resolution
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Achieve or exceed performance metrics for relevant KPIs
  • Enhance knowledge of products, services, and processes through ongoing training
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
  • Execute assigned tasks efficiently
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer usage and various software applications
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service within a voice/chat environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in handling billing and invoicing inquiries (preferred)
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks and Salesforce CRMs
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of billing software such as Vericle
