Job Summary

A Scheduling Specialist at HURC LLC takes calls from patients, answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Key responsibilities include handling multiple inbound and outbound calls to and from patients, actively listening to their needs or issues, and providing scheduling assistance as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Elevate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Collaborate with other scheduling department professionals to enhance customer service.
  • Assist in training new employees and inform them about the company's customer management policies.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 100% proficiency in English.
  • Ability to manage computers, Outlook, Excel, and other computer systems.
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems.
Job Specifications
  • Independent Contractor hiring.
  • End of Month payments.
  • Equipment setup.
  • Pay will be on a per-work-day basis at a starting salary of 1.8M to 2M COP (adjusted depending on skills and experience).
