About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Account Manager to join our Client Services Team at Epsilon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, promoting the adoption and best practices in the use of our products, and collaborating with various teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns, analyzing data to optimize results and achieve client goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and inquiries, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support processes and propose new functionalities.
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Identify and report issues, bugs, and errors to internal product and technology teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing and analyzing digital campaign reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of design platforms, such as Photoshop.
  • Experience in handling social or programmatic platforms.
  • Intermediate level of English (B2).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on surpassing performance targets.
