We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Human Resources Service Delivery Specialist to become a vital member of our HR Service Delivery Team. This role will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and delivering accurate and timely information to our employees regarding their HR-related inquiries.

This position offers a dynamic, engaging, and collaborative environment within our Human Resources team, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees and management for HR-related inquiries through a Case Management System.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service when addressing employee questions related to payroll, company policies, benefits, and general HR inquiries.
  • Complete US I-9 documentation and manage processing through the E-Verify system.
  • Oversee off-boarding processes, including termination documentation, final paychecks, and separation information.
  • Handle various forms related to documenting Human Resources activities.
  • Maintain electronic employee personnel files.
  • Conduct employment verifications.
  • Participate in HR Service Delivery projects as required.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing Human Resources role is preferred.

A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service skills in a diverse environment, both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to adapt and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Capability to engage with various individuals and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Workday and a Case Management System is advantageous.
