Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Services Coordinator to join our team at Quorum Software. As a key member of our global HR team, you will provide administration support for a full range of HR services, including HR systems, employee lifecycle, performance management, total rewards, and global relocations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including high-volume onboarding and offboarding.
  • Produce HR documentation and correspondence as required, including invitation letters, employment references, leavers letters, compensation and promotion letters, and relocation letters.
  • Ensure our HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) is kept up to date with any employee changes required.
  • Provide accurate and clear payroll inputs for processing.
  • Create and maintain employee records in Replicon (time-tracking software).
  • Provide first-level support for all HR support tickets (internal and external).
  • Maintain a knowledge base for employee support.
  • Provide general HR administrative support to the global HR team.
  • Take on global and regional HR administration projects as required, such as M&A activities.
  • Assist with global relocations, including visa procurement.
  • Help with in-person ad hoc office tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline with 1+ years of related experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HRIS system administrator experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a global organization would be an asset.

Additional Details

  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver's License Verification, and Passport/ID validation.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable): The successful candidate will be required to present their professional card or registration information if the role is deemed to be regulated.
  • Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination prior to commencement of employment, in accordance with Colombian legislation.
