Marketplace Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketplace Sales Executive to join our team at Ingepsy. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth operations within marketplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs promptly.
- Marketplace Operations: Assist in setting up and optimizing listings and inventory on marketplace platforms, monitoring compliance with policies and regulations, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance marketplace presence.
- Data Management and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, generate and present regular sales reports to management, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and online communication platforms.
This is an independent contractor position offering a competitive salary of up to $1500 USD per week, based on experience and qualifications. As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and manage your schedule.
