Drive Business Expansion at JumpStart Recruit

We're seeking an accomplished Marketing Director to spearhead growth and propel our brand forward.

The Role:

  • Demand Generation and Brand Reinforcement
    • Develop innovative initiatives to reinforce our brand, drive new leads, and nurture existing databases of leads.
  • Operational Process Improvement
    • Analyze and optimize demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend.
  • Marketing Automation and Funnel Development
    • Implement a marketing automation system to increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads.
    • Design integrated paid and organic programs to boost the funnel and overall pipeline.
  • Content Marketing Collaboration
    • Work with the content marketing team to develop and promote marketing materials driving awareness and interest.
  • Campaign Outcome Analysis
    • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Mastery in developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, particularly around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills.
  • Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials.
  • Influence and communicate product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems.
  • Experience in managing people.

Compensation Range: $45k – $55k. Based on market trends and industry standards for this role, we estimate a salary range that reflects the responsibilities and requirements outlined above.
