Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Specialist for the Colombian market, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through existing networks and partnerships
  • Negotiating and closing deals with key clients and decision-makers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in B2B business, preferably in fintech or e-commerce
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A good understanding of the payments and fintech industry
