About the Role

At SuperStaff, we are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of proposals, including analyzing requirements, coordinating response efforts, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • RFP Management
    • Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client requirements and scope of work.
    • Develop a comprehensive project plan for each proposal response, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
  • Collaboration and Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with proposal requirements.
  • Content Development
    • Draft, edit, and compile proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client specifications.
    • Customize responses to address client-specific needs, highlighting relevant experience and capabilities.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of proposal documents to ensure consistency, completeness, and adherence to branding and quality standards.
    • Verify that all submissions meet client deadlines and formatting requirements.
  • Data Management
    • Maintain a repository of proposal templates, previous responses, standard company information, and other documents needed for efficient reuse.
    • Track and analyze proposal win/loss rates and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to ensure proposals are competitive and compelling.
    • Conduct research to support proposal development and enhance the company's value proposition.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure all proposal submissions comply with sales, legal, and company policies.
    • Manage and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and respond to complex requirements.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
