Job Summary:

SD Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our core team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the activities of all business units, managing standard incoming inquiries, drafting and reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Units: Provide legal guidance and support to all business units, ensuring that their activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage Inquiries: Manage standard incoming inquiries, responding to client and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Agreement Drafting and Review: Draft and review agreements, ensuring that they are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Research and Compliance: Research and gather information on legislation in other jurisdictions, ensuring that SD Solutions complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Corporate Work: Provide corporate legal support, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
  • Privacy Issues: Provide support on privacy-related issues, ensuring that SD Solutions complies with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance: Ensure that SD Solutions complies with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and other relevant laws.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Lead on the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring that new employees are properly onboarded and that departing employees are properly offboarded.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an international company, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Legal Experience: 2+ years of experience in a legal role, with a strong background in corporate law and agreement drafting.
  • Skills: Strong business communication skills in English (C1), proficiency in agreement drafting and revision, and corporate legal work.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in privacy-related issues, with a deep understanding and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Personal Qualities: Result-oriented mindset, excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with flexibility and proactivity.
