Position Overview
The Senior Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our business, focusing on performance metrics, billing processes, and profit and loss management. This position demands a high level of expertise and dedication, as we strive to maintain a team of exceptional professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring optimal performance, accurate billing, and effective PNL management.
- Conduct regular meetings with Operations Managers and Team Leads, providing guidance and support through one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Engage with clients to foster business growth and maintain strong relationships.
- Lead the recruitment process for Operations Managers and Team Leads, while promoting a positive departmental culture.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in scaling operations, enhancing performance management, and driving employee retention.
- Ensure consistent achievement of KPIs and address business challenges through innovative solutions (e.g., CSAT, AHT, Resolution rate, Shrinkage).
- Maintain a shrinkage percentage of less than 10%.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven years in a similar role within a customer experience setting.
- A BA/BS degree is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities while multitasking effectively.
- Foster open communication between staff and upper management.
- Experience in supervising teams and implementing advanced coaching structures.
- Develop and execute individual and team objectives related to financial growth and new business opportunities.
- Guide Operations Managers in achieving team and individual goals.
- Build strong business relationships with clients, demonstrating strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills.
