About the Role:
TaskUs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, including performance, billing, and PNL. You will work closely with Operations Managers and Team Leads to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day business operations, including performance, billing, and PNL.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers and Team Leads to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce shrinkage, and increase revenue.
- Lead and manage a team of Operations Managers and Team Leads to achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Two-plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven-plus years of experience as an Operations Manager in a customer experience environment.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience managing supervisors and team members.
