About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at TaskUs. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, including performance, billing, and PNL. You will work closely with Operations Managers and Team Leads to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including performance, billing, and PNL.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers and Team Leads to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads, and provide one-on-one coaching and development to Team Members as needed.
- Meet with Senior Management and clients to discuss business growth and opportunities.
- Interview and select Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Analysts, and promote department culture.
- Ensure KPIs are met consistently and solve business problems through innovation.
Requirements
- Two-plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven-plus years of experience as an Operations Manager in a customer experience environment.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Experience managing supervisors, coaching, and developing Team Members.
