Job ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of software applications, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all requests, incidents, and queries are triaged in our Service Management tool within agreed SLAs.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Perform requirements analysis and document the results of your efforts.
- Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of our applications.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with customers and a strong understanding of their needs.
- Experience with SQL or MS Excel for data processing and reporting.
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High knowledge of the English language (greater than 70% level).
- Ability to identify trends and use statistics to interpret data.
- Organized, methodical, and structured approach to work.
- Ability to evaluate the current environment, gather needs, and propose a recommended CM solution.
- Curiosity and business acumen.
- Self-starter and driven.
- Basic understanding of how the Internet works.
- Windows or Linux administration skills.
- Desirable skills include MSDynamics or Peoplesoft knowledge and previous experience in analyst positions.
