We're on a mission to revolutionize container logistics by connecting and simplifying our customers' supply chains. As a key player in this journey, you'll drive strategic partnerships and business results with Global Key Clients within your geographical scope of influence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the customer's supply chain strategy and needs.
  • Identifying and qualifying local growth opportunities.
  • Providing input to the Global Account plan and relationship management.
  • Ensuring local product teams are informed on the local value proposition.
  • Seeking inputs from the account team.
  • Leading local opportunities identification in accordance with the roadmap.
  • Driving local sales pursuit as per defined sales process.
  • Ensuring value propositions are tailored to customer needs.
  • Leading the respective part of the Operating Model.
  • Monitoring and supporting local contract compliance and commitment.
  • Ensuring compliance with NNC guidelines.

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics expertise within commercial roles.
  • Supply chain expertise (to optimize SOW across products), insight selling, connectors (stakeholder influencing skills).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • High-level product understanding including how it solves different customer problems.
  • Strategic influencing.
  • High capacity for managing pressure and prioritization.
  • Assertive/decisive and proactive.
  • Confidence in dealing with people and building relationships.
  • Ability to focus to define a vision, objectives, and priorities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on an analytical and structured approach.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders on various levels in the organization.
  • Customer-centric.
