Strategic Business Development Director

As the E2E Business Projects Director, you'll lead and develop commercial and structural business projects that require strategy design, compelling analytics, and business case build-up.
We're looking for a candidate with a winning mindset and strong communication skills to connect, orchestrate, and influence stakeholders effectively. In this role, you'll:
Key Responsibilities- Strategically design commercial initiatives with clear long-term ambition and size of the prize assessment.
- Build compelling business cases with strong analytical insights and financial assessments (ROI, revenue streams, margins impact, investment strategy, etc).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform decisions and drive the business forward.
- Identify Future Back capabilities development opportunities and prioritize them.
- Develop actionable plans to bring business cases to life effectively with clear stages, phases, and timelines.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including strategy, franchise front line, marketing, commercial, financial, and other teams. Your goal will be to execute strategies with bottling partners to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business opportunities.
Requirements- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- +10 years of experience within the KO System or within the industry.
- Commercial strategy and/or Front Line experience.
