Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our Business Unit, with operational and strategic control over its growth and development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development roles, with a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and third-party vendors
  3. Oversee the integration of SaaS solutions, such as Workday, AWS, and Salesforce
  4. Manage operational and financial aspects of the Business Unit, ensuring profitability and sustainability
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles
  2. Proven experience working with SaaS solutions, including integration services
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  5. Familiarity with the LATAM market, particularly Colombia
Benefits:

Amaris Consulting offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
