Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our Business Unit, with operational and strategic control over its growth and development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development roles, with a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and third-party vendors
- Oversee the integration of SaaS solutions, such as Workday, AWS, and Salesforce
- Manage operational and financial aspects of the Business Unit, ensuring profitability and sustainability
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles
- Proven experience working with SaaS solutions, including integration services
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Familiarity with the LATAM market, particularly Colombia
Amaris Consulting offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, a dynamic and inclusive work environment, and a chance to make a real impact in the industry.
