As a Global Client Liaison at NielsenIQ, you will be the key operational contact for clients and NielsenIQ countries worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to work on the design and management of the production and delivery of multi-country Ad hoc reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide services that meet client needs and expectations.
- Act as a key touch point both externally for the client and internally for Client Service/Business Development Managers and the ISC network in local countries.
- Coordinate data orders and production of Snapshot reports with the ISC network in NielsenIQ local countries.
- Work on process and service improvement to bring efficiency, productivity, and flexibility to the global snapshot team.
- Support clients and Business Development Managers on the correct escalation and resolution of day-to-day queries, new business opportunities, and technical requirements.
- Attend client meetings to identify client needs versus production capabilities and agree on the best compromise.
- Strong communication skills with excellent English language proficiency.
- Ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders within and outside the production team.
- Ability to build relationships across countries and cultures to establish a network.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills to track the status of Ad Hoc reports production and delivery.
- Ability to handle multiple, competing deadlines and manage expectations where appropriate.
