Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive who will be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing factories and partnering with new ones based on current business needs. The ideal candidate has worked in an account management role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment, and enjoys the challenge of working with diverse customers with complex requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage relationships with existing factories and partner with new ones based on current business needs.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate regularly with the sales team to drive value to onboarded factories.
  • Stay on top of accounts and serve as a liaison and trusted partner between The / Studio and the factories.
  • Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
  • Generate progress reports for customers and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Develop a strategic approach to attain and exceed annual quota.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Utilize Hubspot effectively to run the sales process.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of fully cycle account executive experience, preferably in a startup environment, e-commerce, or FMCG sector. Relevant experience in customer-facing roles and demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives are essential. Additionally, proficiency in CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, etc., and excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
