**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Fintech Market Development Executive to join our Latin America and Caribbean team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities within a portfolio of key regional accounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Onboard new customers and define account strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand digital payments
- Manage regional accounts P&L and develop reseller approaches to scale product distribution
**Requirements:**
- Advanced account management experience in merchant acceptance, acquirers and PSPs
- Deep knowledge of the innovation ecosystem in LAC and trends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- English and Spanish required, Portuguese preferred
**What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of **$80,000 - $120,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
