**About the Position**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Growth Specialist to manage client relationships and support strategic growth initiatives. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver data-driven marketing solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, facilitate strategy discussions, and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in crafting growth-oriented plans, identify upsell opportunities, and adapt strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize tasks and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Analyze KPIs, prepare monthly client reports, and provide high-level insights for leadership.
- Gather feedback, conduct satisfaction surveys, and address concerns to enhance retention.
- Support improvements in internal processes and stay updated on industry trends.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in marketing automation (GoHighLevel experience preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong client management skills.
- Familiar with collaboration tools (Slack, Asana) and proficient in CRM operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
**Working Conditions**
This is a remote position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). We offer a competitive salary of $1800-$2000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
