The RoleJob Description- We seek experienced customer service representatives to join our team, providing direct support to internal and external customers through various channels.
- You will be at the forefront of customer interactions, handling inquiries and facilitating transactions.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using services.
- Respond to tickets and chats, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Solve assigned requirements and requests, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails, maintaining excellent communication skills.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Complete call logs and reports, contributing to team performance analysis.
- Minimum 6-month experience in customer service and customer care.
- High school diploma or technical studies (2 semesters) or related careers professional requirements.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles, preferably in e-commerce or banking.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
