About the Role
The Director, People & Culture Latin America will oversee all People & Culture functions in Latam countries, acting as the main contact for the Latam Senior Leadership Team. This role involves managing a team of People & Culture professionals across various Latam countries and being the point of escalation for HR matters at a regional level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance to senior leaders on HR issues
- Leading and coaching a team of People & Culture professionals
- Strategic thinking and designing solutions for regional challenges
- Collaborating with global teams to align initiatives
- Supporting employee engagement and development
- Implementing performance management processes
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilizing HR technology tools effectively
- Standardizing practices and processes company-wide
Requirements and Qualifications
This role requires a bachelor's degree, a minimum of twelve years of HR experience, including seven years in people management, and experience using HR information systems. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese as a plus.
