**Responsabilidades**:

- Revisión y envío de la incidencia de las nóminas garantizando la calidad de la información
- Revisión de las nóminas procesadas por la maquila de nómina y levantamiento de correcciones en errores de la maquila mitigando impactos económicos y riesgos garantizando el correcto pago a los empleados y entidades gubernamentales
- Respuesta a las autoridades y a las diferentes auditorías (Seguridad Social, ISO, Compliance, SAT, Secretaria del trabajo, Finanzas, etc.) mitigando riesgos de multas
- Segmentación contable a finanzas para el adecuado registro en Contabilidad
- Cumplir con las regulaciones locales en materia laboral incluyendo reportes e información a entidades públicas de fiscalización
- Ingresos y movimientos de los empleados (promoción, mérito, cambio de estructura) así como la elaboración de anexos de contratos según la legislación local garantizando que se cumple con la regulación y mitigando riesgos de multas o juicios perdidos por falta de información laboral. Actualizando junto con el área legal si se requieren ajustes por cambios en regulaciones.
- Realizar cálculos para el pago y las provisiones del programa PTU u otros según aplique en el país
- Estimaciones de cálculos de bajas con escenarios que permitan la toma de decisiones
- Gestión de las prestaciones, apoyo a la renovación de los contratos de las prestaciones de los empleados y propuesta de mejoras.
- Consultoría a los empleados de temas de HR y administración de personal
- Responsables de elaborar presupuesto y forecast del país de C&B que permitan a la gerencia analizar desvíos del Budget y obtener los drivers que se capturan en WFP
- Métricos y análisis dentro de su alcance que permitan al negocio tener visibilidad de gastos de nómina para facilitar la toma de decisiones (contratos facilities entre otros)
- Actualización de documentos y/o esquemas de pago alineados a los cambios legislativos asegurándose que los documentos y/o pagos incluyan dichos ajustes según corresponda Desarrollo e implementación de mejoras sistémicas para la mejora continua de administración de personal

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Empresariales, Finanzas o Recursos Humanos o experiência de más de 4 años en puestos similares
- 3 a 5 años de experiência en el rol
- Conocimiento de sistemas de seguridad social, legislación laboral, contabilidad y nóminas, horas extras y tipos de contratos laborales. Excel medio o avanzado
