**Global People Operations Compliance Sr. Analyst**

The Global People Operations Compliance Senior Analyst is responsible for leading and supporting various HR Compliance initiatives while collaborating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders (eg. Global People Operations, Global and Regional Total Rewards, Internal and External Audit, and Legal teams.)

***This position reports to the manager of Global People Ops Compliance and is based in Bogota.

**What You Will Do**

The Senior Global People Operations Compliance Analyst is responsible for leading and supporting various HR Compliance initiatives while collaborating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders (eg. Global People Operations, Global and Regional Total Rewards, Internal and External Audit, and Legal teams.)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct audits as required by business needs related to compensation and benefits processes to ensure process and data accuracy
- Support internal and external audit activity, including but not limited to SOX, Security and Privacy assessments
- Complete Pay Equity Analysis to ensure data accuracy, partnering with Total Rewards - Compensation to deliver a globally scalable process.
- Own global benefit systems access submission and periodic review processes, using Microsoft Flow to acquire necessary approvals and submit requests to third-party vendors.
- Lead the US I-9 process and support associated audits and controls.
- Partner with vendors in the preparation of ACA (Affordable Care Act) related reports
- Identify, develop and provide recommendations to implement process efficiency and effectiveness of the People Operations Compliance team
- Provide Compliance support and guidance to key stakeholders
- Research and analyze business issues, both internally and externally (Federal / State / Other Governmental Regulations)
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive performance, identify trends, and propose process improvements
- Lead and assist with projects within the organization
- Other projects and duties as designated by leadership

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 plus years of relevant experience working in a Total Rewards and/or HR Business Operations capacity
- Advanced Excel and experience with other Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Trusted to maintain confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate clearly and articulate problems/gaps/concerns effectively
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities
- Keen sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional teaming and collaboration skills
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and navigating ambiguity.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Experience with Workday, SalesForce, Microsoft Flow, Power BI and/or Tableau/reporting tools preferred
- Experience in designing and conducting training
- Experience in data analysis and project management
- Bilingual in English and other languages in Asia, Europe and Latin America would be helpful.
