**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently
- Leads & participates in internal and cross-functional initiatives related to continuous process and quality improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
- Identifies customer-impacting issues and implement solutions and process improvements to increase customer experiences
- Ensures streamlined human processes, workflows, metrics, and system optimization
- Helps to define requirements for systems that will facilitate increased efficiencies, automation and/or self-service for various HR processes
- May also create test plans, lead testing cycles, and configure systems
- Functional Skills: HR Program Administration, HR Policies, Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management
- Management Skills: Management of People & Resources, Critical Thinking, Project Management, Collaboration and Productivity Software, Effective Communication
- Partners with the Talent Acquisition COE to provide operations support and input on program/process design and development and to act as a liaison for the administration of Talent Acquisition programs/processes and AskHR Shared Service Center
- Produces regular reports of standard global and regional metrics as needed and shares with appropriate stakeholders to drive adoption of shared services and continuous improvement efforts
- Set and monitors direction, goals and expectations for direct reports
- Provides coaching and manages work assignments to meet quality, performance and service goals
- Provides day-to-day work direction for team, focused on maintaining steady workflow, resource allocation and productivity

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Requires 1 or more years of experience in experience in HR support, talent acquisition or related areas.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Operations.
- Fluent English both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information.

**Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience with Medtronic.
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification
- People Leadership Experience
- Advanced Experience with Service Now, Excel and HR Systems
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and able to work effectively with vendors and people at all management levels
- Able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, ability to problem solve and bring issues to resolution quickly
