En Aranda Software buscamos un **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** orientado a resultados, con experiência en ventas outbound para empresas de software B2B. En este rol, serás el primer punto de contacto para clientes potenciales, abriendo oportunidades de negocio mediante cold calling y estrategias de prospección directa. Tu objetivo será identificar y calificar leads para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra base de clientes empresariales.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ejecutar estrategias de outbound sales, para identificar empresas y tomadores de decisión interesados en nuestras soluciones de software.
- Investigar y construir una lista de prospectos cualificados en el sector B2B, con enfoque en empresas que se beneficien de nuestras soluciones.
- Crear mensajes personalizados y relevantes para captar la atención de potenciales clientes, gestionando el contacto inicial y agendando reuniones para el equipo de ventas.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y marketing para mejorar los enfoques de prospección y maximizar la efectividad de las campañas outbound.
- Mantener un registro actualizado y detallado de actividades de prospección y seguimiento en el CRM.
- Cumplir y superar objetivos de generación de leads, asegurando un flujo constante de oportunidades de calidad para el equipo de ventas.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en un rol de SDR o ventas outbound, preferentemente en el sector de desarrollo de software o tecnología B2B.
- Habilidad para establecer rápidamente conexión y credibilidad con tomadores de decisión de alto nível.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, y capacidad de adaptar mensajes según el perfil del prospecto.
- Experiência en el uso de CRMs y herramientas de ventas, con enfoque en métricas y mejora continua.
- Orientación a resultados, organización y enfoque en alcanzar objetivos de prospección.
