**Latin America -** The Latin America Region of Teleflex is headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, and supports our customers, distributors, sales managers and specialists in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Puerto Rico. **Position Summary**
- Este puesto proporciona soporte en portafolio de productos, conocimiento y guía a los usuarios finales y a otros departamentos corporativos para generar oportunidades de negocio mientras se mantiene y desarrolla la lealtad del cliente. Apoya el uso adecuado de los productos de la empresa a través de la instrucción, la educación y la comprensión de estos productos y mejores prácticas. Identifica los atributos del producto necesarios para expandirse a nuevos mercados o capitalizar nuevas aplicaciones e identifica nuevas oportunidades de mercado y productos clínicamente impulsadas entre otras funciones relacionadas con la venta de los productos de Teleflex.**Principal Responsibilities**
- Investigar e identificar clientes potenciales mediante análisis de mercado y otros medios.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes y comprender sus necesidades y preferencias.
- Cumplir los objetivos de ventas y desarrollar estrategias de ventas para aumentar ingresos.
- Comunicar, demostrar y promocionar eficazmente productos y servicios a clientes potenciales.
- Ofrecer un excelente servicio de atención al cliente y seguimiento para garantizar su satisfacción.
- Colaborar con otros equipos, como los de marketing y atención al cliente.

**Education / Experience Requirements**
- Inglés deseable.
- Profesional en ciencias de la salud o áreas administrativas con 2 - 6 años de experiência en venta de dispositivos médicos.
- Experiência previa en venta de dispositivos preferiblemente en hospitales, quirófanos, unidades de cuidados intensivos, postoperatorio y clínicas.

**Specialized Skills / Other Requirements**
- Experiência demostrada como representante de ventas en dispositivos medicos o farma con un sólido historial de consecución de objetivos de ventas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e interpersonales para relacionarse con los clientes.
- Conocimiento de las tendencias del mercado y las normas del sector para aportar ideas e identificar posibles oportunidades.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo y gestionar eficazmente el tiempo y la carga de trabajo.
- Actitud positiva, proactiva y orientada a los resultados, con especial atención a la satisfacción del cliente.
