**Role Overview**:
We're seeking an Client Onboarding Specialist with exceptional communication skills and a knack for technology to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring a smooth onboarding. Your role is pivotal in helping clients understand and leverage Captain for their business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process.
- Guide clients through the setup and integration of Captain with their CMS.
- Provide clear and effective written and verbal communication to clients, ensuring they understand how to use Captain effectively.
- Work closely with clients to tailor Captain to their marketing needs.
- Maintain high levels of organization to manage multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Address client questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to enhance the onboarding experience and product features based on client feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar onboarding or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Fluent in English with outstanding writing and speaking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and driving client success.
