**Salesforce Effectiveness Specialist**

**Position Summary**

Provides to the different teams of the company with analytical support and advice to evaluate the implementation of the strategy, tactics and operation of the business in the field, seeking its growth and optimization; To this end, it generates analyzes that allow evaluating the performance of tactics and equipment in the field, both with information on sales force effectiveness and information from market audits. Supports the business in improvement and optimization projects, such as resource allocation management, new business, and business performance evaluation.

**Principal Responsibilities**

Lead the processes of:

- Administration, update, and analysis of medical and commercial panel
- Administration and support to the end user of CRM VEEVA and business support, through commercial committees that include the indicators and/or KPIs of medical visits, to propose actions and changes that the sales force must develop for the benefit of the company.
- Settlement of incentives for the sales force and commercial team.
- Definition of prizes for sales force
- Is a business ally and proactively proposes adjustments and improvements to tactics and incentives from his role.
- Drive the development, preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and KPI reports.
- Provide data for Quarterly for Executive Business Reviews.

The SFE specialist must support the business operation, ensuring:

- Administration and reporting for the settlement of incentives.
- Administration of Sales, VEEVA, Incentives and Rotation databases
- Have skill and ability to provide CRM training - VEEVA
- Development of new communication channels through CRM Veeva.
- Administration and update of medical and commercial panel
- Administration of local and international reporting of Alexion
- Analysis of all the variables of the area in order to provide findings for decision making and actions.

Additionally, the SFE is expected to contribute as an advisor, providing insights to improve the effective deployment of the sales force, commercial performance and business results, with tasks such as:

- Leveraged in the crossover of BI and SFE reports, propose to the units an action plan to improve territory productivity.
- Development of models, processes and tools that allow monitoring of business objectives, even when information sources are limited or in ambiguous environments.
- Advice to the business in segmentation of doctors, optimization of panels, projects of optimization of resources and commercial maximization.
- Development and operation of different reports and management control boards for the evaluation of business performance and its brands, as relevant to SFE
- Lead expansion processes of medical panels or optimization, in search of greater effectiveness in sales teams.
- Provide all the reports and presentation for the management committees, evaluating the concordance of the incentive payment with the business results and the balance between the different units.
- Generation of KPIs reports for sales force and their respective analysis

**Qualifications**
- At least 4 or 5 years of experience in progressive roles in Business Insights, Market data, Sales Excellence
- 3+ years analytical and reporting experience; preferably in Healthcare industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent business acumen including analysis, critical reasoning, strategic thinking, data interpretation, and business problem solving ability.
- Advanced Excel and Access skills
- Must have the ability to obtain critical information from various data sources.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of customer relations and product
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Flexibility, adaptability and ability to handle/integrate multiple channels of feedback
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

**Education***
- A Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer.
- Informatics related academic study
