- **Logistics Assistant **to join us and help us to achieve our company’s goals. Working in this role, you will belong to Administration Department. If you see yourself in a start-up environment (that has strong support from HQ) which requires

- Be responsible for logistics activities, including import, storage, inventory, and dispatch of products to clients;
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered efficiently and according to our client needs;
- Preparation of orders and delivery coordination according to the requirements;
- Coordinate logistics activities with import/export logistics operators;
- Improve the logistic processes and procedures, according to company’s guidelines;
- Support with invoicing and quotations processes;
- Prepare and analyze information to prepare reports as required;
- Support to other administrative task inherent to area.

**WE BELIEVE THAT YOU**:

- Have technical or university education in logistics, administration or related fields;
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in logistics;
- Have experience with invoicing, inventory, warehouse, import and export;
- Have excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Are organized and insightful, proactive personality.

**IDEALLY, YOU'LL ALSO HAVE**:

- Experience working with ERP for logistics;
- Previously worked in an international company with the HQ Office located in another country/continent
- Good English level is a plus for the position.
