Estamos buscando un Business Development Representative (BDR) proactivo y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo. El BDR será responsable de identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de la prospección activa y la calificación de leads. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para alguien que desea desarrollarse en el área de ventas y hacer crecer su carrera en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Identificar y prospectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de llamadas, correos electrónicos y redes sociales.
- Calificar leads y gestionar el embudo de ventas inicial.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para planificar estrategias de acercamiento a clientes potenciales.
- Mantener y actualizar la base de datos de clientes en el CRM.
- Participar en reuniones de equipo para compartir conocimientos y estrategias.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en un rol similar
- Dominio de inglés avanzado.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Orientación a resultados con capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
