**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including patient registration, billing, coding, and collections.
- Implement strategies to optimize revenue collection and reduce claims denials.
- Ensure compliance with both local and international healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage a team of billing specialists, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- **2+ years of experience** in revenue cycle management within a US hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of **billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT),** and payer reimbursement processes in the United States.
- Experience with hospital financial systems and **healthcare regulatory compliance.**:

- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in relevant software such as **Epic, Cerner,** or other healthcare financial systems.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams, including clinical and administrative staff.
- Experience in international healthcare settings is a plus.
