**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Revenue Analysis & Reporting**
- Monitor and analyze revenue metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support pipeline and volume forecasting processes.

**Operational Efficiency**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and marketing processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve the revenue cycle.
- Ensure accurate CRM data management and integrity across systems.

**Process & Tool Optimization**
- Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and management of tools used by the commercial teams, such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Document and maintain Commercial team workflows, processes, and procedures.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and revenue strategies.
- Support demand planning processes to drive improvements to volume forecast accuracy
- Provide deal support and analysis for new client and existing client opportunities.

**Project Support**
- Assist in executing growth-focused projects and initiatives, including pricing updates, incentive programs, and market expansion plans.
- Track project progress and report on milestones and outcomes.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, logistics or other high-growth environments.
- Strong proficiency in using and managing HubSpot
- Strong data analysis and spreadsheet modeling skills; SQL skills a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/initiatives at once and adjust on the fly
- Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys providing structure to solve problems
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote environment
