Job Title: Sales Closer
This role involves converting qualified leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of our products or services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and overcome objections to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on closing deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in high-ticket sales or complex sales cycles.
- Knowledge of the company's industry.
- Sales certifications (e.g., Challenger Sale, Sandler Training).
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
